Peko Milky Candy Zippered Pencil Case and Sharpener Toothpaste-Shape White Cat

This seems to be possibly a vintage pencil case with a sharpener in the “lid”. It is very unique! It has a lot of gray pencil marks on it, especially inside the case but a bit on the outside too. It has a white line across the front and general wear but the zipper still works well and there are no holes. Looks to be in the shape of toothpaste, which is interesting.
