Pen Kit From 1999 Salesman Sample Kit With 22 Pens + Catalog Pricing Sheet

I own an advertising specialty company - now in our 42nd year I am happy to report - and worked in the industry for many years prior to establishing my own firm.
Over the years I collected many over-run samples, one-or-a-kind spec samples, sample kits and the like.
I am now offering much of that collection via eBay.  Among our suppliers of popular priced writing instruments was a company called "Econ-O-Line".     Econ-O-Line was a well respected manufacturer of nice writing instruments aka pens.    Here is a complete salesman's sample kit from the 1999 featuring their entire writing instrument line that could print and ship in 3 working days.   At the time, that was a marketing advantage as most suppliers required longer production period.
All instruments are nicely presented in a custom salesman folding sample kit.   The kit is  designed so that examples can be removed and reinserted, and the elastic is still tight.
The kit is 9" x 6.5"  x 1" closed.   Velcro snap closure.   It is in a black finish front and back.   Most striking.   When opened, on the left side are 12 removable writing
instruments / on the right side another 10 for a total of 24 pens.    The front of the kit features a slide out price list, complete with set-up fees and full line catalog reference page.   There was a packing slip with ordering details.   I ordered this nice kit 5/ 5/ 1999.   At the time in addition to this kit I also ordered a kit of Econ-O-Line's 5 day production pens.   I do not recall how much I paid for these kits.   The packing slip indicates "Invoice to follow".
Among the varied 22 different pen styles are several interesting designs.   For example:  A flexible metal coil pen, rotating message pen where with each click, a message on the inside is viewed through a window, simulated wood pen, translucent pens, etc.   A wide variety of advertisers are shown, and most have the factory item number as well.
Although over 20 years old, the kit is in pristine condition and appears to have never been used!   Of course as the pens still contain the original refills, if used rather than displayed, new refills are needed - which are readily available.
This is a beautiful salesman pen sample kit.
What a find - especially in this condition and with catalog and packing slip!
