I've just started selling Portuguese  cork products in the United states (Portugal...the country of cork).
Although I'm new in the US, it is true that I have already three shops in the United Kingdom, Germany,

ABOUT CORK
Cork is a natural, sustainable and environment friendly product.
It is the skin of a tree, the Cork Oak. Cork is extracted from
the tree once every 9 years. The first extraction occurs when the tree
is about 25 years old. The extraction remains during the life span
of the tree (about 200 years). Cork tree is not cut down.
Just stripped from its cork. It continues to live and grow.
Cork is waterproof, hypoallergenic and very light weight.
50% of its volume is air. Yet, it is very resistant and  soft to the touch.
All these characteristics  make cork an elite product for
decoration and fashion. Most cork produced in the world
comes from southern Europe, mainly from Portugal.
This product is made of Portuguese cork.
