Pilot Pen Salesman Sample Kit From 1990's With 14 Pens

I own an advertising specialty company - now in our 42nd year I am happy to report - and worked in the industry for many years prior to establishing my own firm.
Over the years I collected many over-run samples, one-or-a-kind spec samples and the like.
I am now selling much of that collection via eBay.  Among our suppliers of better quality writing instruments was and still is the Pilot Pen Company.   Here is a very nice and unusual salesman sample kit featuring best sellers from their line.
It was designed for we salesmen to present to a client while explaining the salient qualities of the fine Pilot pen...and even included a pad and another area to demonstrate.
The smartly designed kit is in vinyl.   The size is 11.5" x 9" x 1.5" closed.   It closes via a pressure close.   The kit has the Pilot logo in the front.   Inside are flocked vacuum formed holders for the pens.   All are held in place with an elastic cord.   Amazingly enough, the cord still maintains its stretch.  I believe this kit to be from the 1990's, and it is in remarkable condition - as indicated by my photos.
The kit features 7 pens, 3 mechanical pencils and 4 markers for a total of 14 instruments.   All with the exception of one mechanical pencil carry an imprinted advertising message.   While the ink is dried in some of the units, a few still even write - but new refills are needed if used rather than displayed.
An excellent addition for anyone who collects nice unusual writing instruments or kits.    PLUS you will receive a free personalized hand drawn "Thank You" note cartoon!   A very rare find for sure.
